Gone are the days when James only had Martin to blame for the high pitched voices echoing around the mash tun as our new BrewDog brewer turns the tables on a staffing ratio that once left the company as little more than a veritable sausage fest.
Originally hailing from Ohio, Halley studied Brewing and Distilling Msc at Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh before being lured into the wilds of Fraserburgh.
Apart from quickly earning her stripes as a professional brewer, Halley has also instated a new level of eccentric to the brewery as well as 'country music hour'.
