Personalised Cans

Your Personalised Can pack will arrive in discreet packaging.
We aim to dispatch your order within 4-5 days.
Customers can purchase one Personalised Can pack per order. It is not limited to 1 per customer, only 1 per transaction.
Customers can contact our Customer Service Team HERE for orders of multiple packs.
Refunds will only be issued under the conditions that the personalised item has arrived damaged/faulty, including smashed glass items or printing flaws not at the fault of the customer. Please check our Delivery & Returns page HERE for more info.
Uploaded images will need to be 3mb or under. Larger file sizes will not be able to be uploaded.
Character Limits - 11 character limit (including spaces) for the Name, and 20 character limit (including spaces) for the Personal Message. If you exceed this limit you will not be able to proceed.
Photos will remain on file for 30 days from date of ordering before deletion.
It is up to you to ensure the content you have contributed for inclusion in a Personalised Product is correct (for example the content is correctly spelt).
Please double-check your order on the preview screen, by selecting the tick box you are acknowledging the approval of the design. You will not receive a proof by email or be able to revisit design.
By uploading or including any content or material (including but not limited to photographs, graphics, text and other material) (Customer IP) in a Personalised Product, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable licence (including the right to grant sub-licences through multiple tiers) to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute and communicate to the public that content or material solely for the purpose of performing our obligations under these Terms and exercising any rights you may grant to us. Please note that we may modify content or material in order to conform it to BrewDog or the requirements of the product you have ordered (such as by cropping images).
The rights and ownership to the Customer IP will remain yours, or the person who gave you permission to use the Customer IP.
If you use third party copyright in any Personalised Product, it is your responsibility to ensure that you seek permission from the copyright owner. We will not accept any liability whatsoever if any Customer IP infringes on third party copyright. You will be held responsible for any fees and third party damages we may have to pay to a third party because of such infringement and you will be liable to reimburse these payments to us in full.
We do not permit Personalised Products to include any content or material which:

(a) infringes anyone's IP (see below the definition in section ‎11). In particular, you must ensure that you either own the IP in the Customer IP that you wish to include in a Personalised Product or that you have permission from the IP owner to include that Customer IP in the Personalised Product;
(b) contravenes any applicable law (including, without limitation, any criminal law) or regulation;

(c) is false, inaccurate, misleading, offensive, abusive, threatening or defamatory, or that might cause needless annoyance, inconvenience or distress to any person;

(d) misrepresents identity or impersonates any person;

(e) includes personal data about another person, such as their address, phone number, or email address, except with the written approval of that person;

(f) is pornographic, obscene, indecent or offensive, has sexual connotations, which promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, or that may incite hatred or violence against any person or group;

(g) may harass, upset, embarrass or alarm any person;

(h) gives the impression that it originates from or has been approved by us, our partners and licensors, whether by reference to our/their name or otherwise;

(i) may violate the integrity and reputation of our name, and the names of our partners and licensors;

(j) advocates, promotes or assists any unlawful act;

(k) includes or makes reference to illegal drugs; or

(l) makes reference to politicians' names and/or political statements.

BrewDog's National Britpop Quiz

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

· This competition is run by BrewDog plc (“BrewDog”) with a registered office at BrewDog plc, Balmacassie Commercial Park, Ellon, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, AB41 8BX.

· Customers who participate in the BrewDog National Britpop quiz on Tuesday, 24 March, 2025, at 7 pm at participating BrewDog bars will have the chance to win a grand prize.

· The grand prize consists of a £500 BrewDog gift voucher, issued digitally to the nationwide winner with the highest score and redeemable via their phone wallet. The voucher can be used across multiple visits at any BrewDog Bar or Pub in the United Kingdom. The voucher cannot be used for takeaway beer purchases, online (e-commerce) orders, BrewDog hotels, and cannot be redeemed at Franchise sites. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, after which any remaining balance will expire. The voucher is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.

· All participants must be present in a participating bar to compete in the quiz.

· Players can play alone or as a team of up to 6, but the prize will be sent to one person’s email. The entrant who submits the email address is deemed the authorised team representative. BrewDog is not
responsible for disputes regarding prize distribution within the team.

· The quiz will take place at multiple BrewDog bars on the same night, and the individual/team with the highest quiz score across all participating bars will be deemed the overall winner.

· In the event of a tie score, the winner of the grand prize will be selected using an automated randomiser. The email addresses of the tied entrants will be entered into a secure digital random selection tool, and one winner will be chosen at random. The draw will be overseen by a BrewDog
representative to ensure fairness and transparency.

· Scores must be submitted by 23:30 on 24 March, 2025.

· Prizes for 1st and 2nd place in each bar will receive prizes that do not affect the winner of the grand prize. Any bonus questions not part of the official quiz questions will be for in-venue prizes only and will not count towards the final scoring.

· The winner will be notified via the email they submitted to the crewmember on the night of the event, and must respond to the notification within 7 days of receipt to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in the selection of an alternative winner in second place.

WORLD CUP – FREE BEER FOR A YEAR

Activity Overview

Participants have the chance to win a
year’s supply of BrewDog beers. To enter, individuals must book a table to watch the World Cup at a participating BrewDog Bar via DesignMyNight between 2 March 2026 and 16 June 2026. All eligible bookings will automatically be entered into the prize draw using
the email address provided at the time of booking.

Terms & Conditions

The promoter of this competition is Tilray Brands UK Ltd (“Promoter”), whose registered office is First Floor, Centurion House, 37 Jewry Street, London, EC3N 2ER.
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Proof of age may be required.
To enter, participants must make a booking under a “WORLD CUP” booking type at a participating BrewDog Bar via DesignMyNight during the Entry Period and provide a valid name, email address, and date of birth.
Entry is valid only for the individual making the booking using their email address. Members of the booking party will not be entered into the competition unless they have made their own qualifying
booking.
The booking must be attended with at least 60% of the booked for party to be eligible. No shows and cancellations will not be eligible.
Only one entry per person per email will be accepted.
The Entry Period runs from 2 March at 00:01 BST to 16 June at 23:59 GMT. Entries received outside of this period will not be valid.
Entry availability is subject to booking availability within the selected venue.
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 30 days of the end of the Entry Period.
The winner will be notified via the email address used when making the booking. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Employees of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, affiliates, participating venues, agencies, and their immediate family members or anyone otherwise professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

Prize

The prize consists of a year’s supply of BrewDog beers, defined as 365 standard measure BrewDog Headliner beers.
The prize will be issued to the winner in the form of a BrewDog Paytronix voucher code worth £3,000. This can be redeemed only at participating BrewDog Bars in the United Kingdom.
Not available for redemption at: Edinburgh Airport, Edinburgh Waverley, Hull, Waterloo Arms, Gatwick Airport, Belfast Station.
This voucher can be used across multiple visits at participating BrewDog Bars in the United Kingdom.
The voucher is not redeemable for cash, non-beer products, merchandise, food, takeaway beer purchases, online purchases, or BrewDog hotels.
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, after which any remaining balance will expire. The voucher is non-transferable.
The prize is redeemable only against standard measures of selected draught BrewDog beers, including but not limited to: Punk IPA, Hazy Jane, Wingman, Lost Lager, Cold Beer, Black Heart, Elvis Juice or Punk AF.
The winner can redeem beers for others.
Alcohol will only be served in accordance with applicable licensing laws and the Promoter’s responsible drinking policies. The Promoter and participating venues reserve the right to refuse service.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to request such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who it believes has breached these Terms & Conditions or acted fraudulently.
