Personalised Cans

Your Personalised Can pack will arrive in discreet packaging.
We aim to dispatch your order within 4-5 days.
Customers can purchase one Personalised Can pack per order. It is not limited to 1 per customer, only 1 per transaction.
Customers can contact our Customer Service Team HERE for orders of multiple packs.
Refunds will only be issued under the conditions that the personalised item has arrived damaged/faulty, including smashed glass items or printing flaws not at the fault of the customer. Please check our Delivery & Returns page HERE for more info.
Uploaded images will need to be 3mb or under. Larger file sizes will not be able to be uploaded.
Character Limits - 11 character limit (including spaces) for the Name, and 20 character limit (including spaces) for the Personal Message. If you exceed this limit you will not be able to proceed.
Photos will remain on file for 30 days from date of ordering before deletion.
It is up to you to ensure the content you have contributed for inclusion in a Personalised Product is correct (for example the content is correctly spelt).
Please double-check your order on the preview screen, by selecting the tick box you are acknowledging the approval of the design. You will not receive a proof by email or be able to revisit design.
By uploading or including any content or material (including but not limited to photographs, graphics, text and other material) (Customer IP) in a Personalised Product, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable licence (including the right to grant sub-licences through multiple tiers) to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute and communicate to the public that content or material solely for the purpose of performing our obligations under these Terms and exercising any rights you may grant to us. Please note that we may modify content or material in order to conform it to BrewDog or the requirements of the product you have ordered (such as by cropping images).
The rights and ownership to the Customer IP will remain yours, or the person who gave you permission to use the Customer IP.
If you use third party copyright in any Personalised Product, it is your responsibility to ensure that you seek permission from the copyright owner. We will not accept any liability whatsoever if any Customer IP infringes on third party copyright. You will be held responsible for any fees and third party damages we may have to pay to a third party because of such infringement and you will be liable to reimburse these payments to us in full.
We do not permit Personalised Products to include any content or material which:

(a) infringes anyone's IP (see below the definition in section ‎11). In particular, you must ensure that you either own the IP in the Customer IP that you wish to include in a Personalised Product or that you have permission from the IP owner to include that Customer IP in the Personalised Product;
(b) contravenes any applicable law (including, without limitation, any criminal law) or regulation;

(c) is false, inaccurate, misleading, offensive, abusive, threatening or defamatory, or that might cause needless annoyance, inconvenience or distress to any person;

(d) misrepresents identity or impersonates any person;

(e) includes personal data about another person, such as their address, phone number, or email address, except with the written approval of that person;

(f) is pornographic, obscene, indecent or offensive, has sexual connotations, which promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, or that may incite hatred or violence against any person or group;

(g) may harass, upset, embarrass or alarm any person;

(h) gives the impression that it originates from or has been approved by us, our partners and licensors, whether by reference to our/their name or otherwise;

(i) may violate the integrity and reputation of our name, and the names of our partners and licensors;

(j) advocates, promotes or assists any unlawful act;

(k) includes or makes reference to illegal drugs; or

(l) makes reference to politicians' names and/or political statements.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This promotion is only open to UK residents. All entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
PRIZE – BrewDog PLC are offering a pairs of tickets to The Hundred Final at Lords Cricket Ground on Sunday 31st August.
Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prizes are the responsibility of the Winners.
The prize cannot be exchanged for any other payment or reward other than as set out in these Terms and cannot be assigned or transferred to anyone else once a winner has been selected.

The promotional period will run from 00.00 on 01/06/2025 to 31/07/2025.
Winners will be chosen at random by Pub and Bar and notified by a BrewDog representative ONE (1) week after the competition closing date to arrange the prize.
By entering into the competition, you agree that BrewDog and Pub and Bar can contact you regarding this competition either through email or telephone.
The Winner of the Prize must respond within two (2) business days of being notifie. If the Winner does not respond within such timeframe, then the Winner's Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
If a Winner rejects their Prize or the entry is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Winner's Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another Winner.
It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of their prize. Brewdog or Pub and Bar cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
Personal data received in the course of the Promotion will be used in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the Brewdog’s Privacy Policy: https://www.brewdog.com/uk/cookie-and-privacy-policy. By participating in the Promotion you consent to the Promoter processing your personal data for the purposes of carrying out the promotion and notifying and advertising the winners.
BrewDog reserve the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time prior to the closing date at their discretion.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over, including BrewDog employees but cannot be used alongside staff discount Promoter (BrewDog PLC) Purchase and internet access are required.

Promotion Period:
00:01 on 1 April 2025 until 23:59 on 30 June 2025, vouchers may be redeemed up to 31 October 2025

Vouchers are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right cancel or amend the promotion.

It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide correct, up-to-date details when signing up to BrewDog.com and entering contact details for the voucher to be sent to. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the claimant failing to supply accurate information which affects the delivery of the voucher.
Privacy: The details you provide when entering this promotion, namely your email address, will be held by the Promoter under the terms of its privacy policy, available here: https://www.brewdog.com/uk/cookie-and-privacy-policy.

Your personal data will be used by the Promoter for the operation of this promotion. The Promoter is bound by the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and all applicable laws. Your personal data will be stored in conjunction with our data retention policy. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to hello@brewdog.com with “personal data” in the subject line. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.

Claim Process:
All voucher claims must be made by 23:59 on 31 October 2025. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a voucher and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe that a claimant has breached these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements.

One voucher redemption per person per visit. Multiple vouchers can be used in a single transaction
The Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or defaced cut-out vouchers or digital vouchers. No replacement vouchers will be issued.

Where redemption occurs at partner bars, additional terms may apply. Partner bars reserve the right to refuse service in accordance with their own policies and licensing requirements.

Participants in this promotion agree that neither the Promoter nor any of the promotional parties will have liability for:

a. any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions;
b. any communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, human error or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion;
c. any inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or email services;
d. any non-delivery of vouchers caused by the provision of wrong information by participants or other causes beyond the Promoter’s control; or
f. any system failures on the email services.

Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, and distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the redeemer or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering or taking up the voucher. Nothing in this clause shall limit the Promoter’s liability in respect of;

(a) death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence; or
(b) liability arising out of the Promoter’s fraud.

Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s vouchers in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or invalid entries, or entries not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures) which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the running of the Promotion or to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion, with no liability to entrants or third parties.

The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.

PROMOTIONAL PACKS SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To participate: Purchase a promotional pack of BrewDog (see clause 2 below for promotional pack ranges) during the Promotion Period. All packs entitle 1 person to claim a meal and a pint for £10. To redeem the voucher, a promotional pack must be purchased, then scan the QR code on pack, enter details, select pub group and your digital voucher will be shared via email. Both the digital voucher and the cut-out voucher from the pack need to be taken to either a BrewDog bar or an alternative closer bar group, this entitles the holder to a meal and a pint for the price of £10

Promotional Packs: the following promotional packs will feature a meal & pint for £10 voucher:

Punk 4 x 330ml
Punk 8 x 330ml
Punk 12 x 330ml
Punk AF 4 x 330ml

The ‘Pint’ includes 1 x full measure of headliner beer - Punk IPA, Lost Lager, Hazy Jane, Elvis Juice, Wingman or Black Heart OR any non-alcoholic BrewDog beer on draught available, or soft drink.

Offer is subject to availability.

Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers such as Wings Wednesday or Vegan Monday. One voucher per customer. Cannot be used via BrewDog Now Order to Table.
The ‘Meal’ includes either a Burger and Chips or a Pizza but the meal available will vary by bar, the meal options for each bar available to check at https://brewdog.com/pages/meal-and-pint-for-10

The "Beerometer" campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") is organised and administered by Brewdog Retail Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Brewdog"), and is open to all customers who are legal residents of England, Wales and Scotland, aged 18 years or older.
The Campaign will run exclusively in Brewdog bars located in England, Wales and Scotland and will not be applicable in Ireland, Northern Ireland or outside of the UK.
The Campaign will commence on Friday 20th June 2025 and will continue Wednesday 25th June 2025. Brewdog reserves the right to extend or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
The pricing of beer in each Brewdog bar may vary and is determined at the discretion of Brewdog. The price for beer will be posted at each respective bar, and any applicable discounts based on the temperature will be calculated accordingly.
The temperature for determining the price reduction will be based on the local current temperature provided by the Met Office www.metoffice.gov.uk/ Brewdog will rely on this application as the sole and authoritative source for forecasted temperature readings.
For Scotland, the price will be determined no less than every 72 hours and the temperature will be based on the highest forecast for the 72-hour period in each city, following the price change.
The price reduction for beer will be based on a rate of 25p (pence) per degree Celsius increase in the local current temperature compared to a baseline temperature determined by Brewdog. The baseline temperature will be established prior to the start of the Campaign and will remain constant throughout the duration of the Campaign.
The temperature for price reduction calculations will be determined at 10am each day from Met Office highest forecasted temperature.
The price reduction will only apply to ‘Cold Beer’ purchased during the Campaign period and within Brewdog bars. It does not apply to takeaway or online orders.
The price reduction is subject to Minimum Unit Pricing in Scotland and in no circumstances will the price fall below the relevant Minimum Unit Price for Cold Beer.
The price reduction will be automatically applied at the point of sale and reflected in the final price displayed on the customer's bill.
Customers may not combine the price reduction with any other discounts, offers, or promotions unless explicitly stated by Brewdog.
