BrewDog Digital Gift Cards

Personalised Cans

Your Personalised Can pack will arrive in discreet packaging.
We aim to dispatch your order within 4-5 days.
Customers can purchase one Personalised Can pack per order. It is not limited to 1 per customer, only 1 per transaction.
Customers can contact our Customer Service Team HERE for orders of multiple packs.
Refunds will only be issued under the conditions that the personalised item has arrived damaged/faulty, including smashed glass items or printing flaws not at the fault of the customer. Please check our Delivery & Returns page HERE for more info.
Uploaded images will need to be 3mb or under. Larger file sizes will not be able to be uploaded.
Character Limits - 11 character limit (including spaces) for the Name, and 20 character limit (including spaces) for the Personal Message. If you exceed this limit you will not be able to proceed.
Photos will remain on file for 30 days from date of ordering before deletion.
It is up to you to ensure the content you have contributed for inclusion in a Personalised Product is correct (for example the content is correctly spelt).
Please double-check your order on the preview screen, by selecting the tick box you are acknowledging the approval of the design. You will not receive a proof by email or be able to revisit design.
By uploading or including any content or material (including but not limited to photographs, graphics, text and other material) (Customer IP) in a Personalised Product, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable licence (including the right to grant sub-licences through multiple tiers) to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute and communicate to the public that content or material solely for the purpose of performing our obligations under these Terms and exercising any rights you may grant to us. Please note that we may modify content or material in order to conform it to BrewDog or the requirements of the product you have ordered (such as by cropping images).
The rights and ownership to the Customer IP will remain yours, or the person who gave you permission to use the Customer IP.
If you use third party copyright in any Personalised Product, it is your responsibility to ensure that you seek permission from the copyright owner. We will not accept any liability whatsoever if any Customer IP infringes on third party copyright. You will be held responsible for any fees and third party damages we may have to pay to a third party because of such infringement and you will be liable to reimburse these payments to us in full.
We do not permit Personalised Products to include any content or material which:

(a) infringes anyone's IP (see below the definition in section ‎11). In particular, you must ensure that you either own the IP in the Customer IP that you wish to include in a Personalised Product or that you have permission from the IP owner to include that Customer IP in the Personalised Product;
(b) contravenes any applicable law (including, without limitation, any criminal law) or regulation;

(c) is false, inaccurate, misleading, offensive, abusive, threatening or defamatory, or that might cause needless annoyance, inconvenience or distress to any person;

(d) misrepresents identity or impersonates any person;

(e) includes personal data about another person, such as their address, phone number, or email address, except with the written approval of that person;

(f) is pornographic, obscene, indecent or offensive, has sexual connotations, which promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, or that may incite hatred or violence against any person or group;

(g) may harass, upset, embarrass or alarm any person;

(h) gives the impression that it originates from or has been approved by us, our partners and licensors, whether by reference to our/their name or otherwise;

(i) may violate the integrity and reputation of our name, and the names of our partners and licensors;

(j) advocates, promotes or assists any unlawful act;

(k) includes or makes reference to illegal drugs; or

(l) makes reference to politicians' names and/or political statements.

1. Eligibility

Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Only one claim per person/email address.

2. How to Participate

To receive the offer, participants must complete and submit the form associated with the promotional advertisement during the Promotion Period.
All required fields must be completed accurately.

3. The Offer

Eligible participants will receive a £5 discount code via email.
The code is valid on orders over £30 - full-priced products only and cannot be used on discounted, sale, or promotional items unless stated otherwise.
The code is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Redemption

The discount code must be redeemed within 2 weeks of being issued. Codes used after this date will be invalid.
Only one code may be used per transaction unless otherwise specified.
Code should be entered at checkout using the same email address you signed up with.

5. Minimum Unit Pricing (MUP) Compliance

All orders using this promotion must comply with applicable Minimum Unit Pricing (MUP) regulations. The discount will not be applied where it would cause the purchase to fall below the legal minimum price for alcohol in the relevant jurisdiction.

6. Single Use Restriction

Each discount code is valid for one-time use only per customer.
Multiple uses, duplication, or distribution of codes is not permitted.

7. Delivery of Code

The discount code will be sent to the email address provided on the lead form within a reasonable timeframe after submission.
The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect email addresses or emails not received due to spam filters or other technical issues.

8. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to refuse or withdraw the offer where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, delayed, or lost submissions due to technical issues.

9. Data Protection

Personal data supplied during this promotion will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Promoter’s privacy policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK.

This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only. Proof of age may be required when redeeming alcohol prizes.

How to Participate

Visit the Hazy Jane Hotline phone booth at Underbelly, Edinburgh Fringe.
Pick up the handset and follow the instructions provided.
Locate and scan the Hazy Hotline QR code inside the phone booth.
Enter your name and email address on the BrewDog landing page.
If one of the daily rewards remains available, you will receive a unique redemption code via email.

Rewards are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
A maximum of 30 rewards are available each day throughout the promotional period.
Once all 30 daily rewards have been claimed, no further rewards will be issued until the prize pool automatically resets the following day.
Limit of one (1) reward per person per day.
BrewDog reserves the right to refuse duplicate claims where multiple entries are submitted by the same individual, email address or device.

The Offer

Qualifying Products and Exclusions
The discount applies to full-price products only. Sale items, already discounted products, promotional bundles, gift cards, delivery charges and products already subject to another discount or promotion are excluded.
Code Usage
The code must be applied at checkout, either manually or automatically through an eligible promotional link. Customers are responsible for checking that the discount has been applied before completing their order. The code cannot be applied retrospectively.
Combination with Other Offers
The code cannot be combined with any other discount code, promotion or offer.
Returns and Refunds

DogHouse Stay competition

This promotion is open to customers of participating venues, from 00.00 on 7th August 2026 until 23:59 on 31st August 2026 (UK residents only).
PRIZE – BrewDog are offering one prize, consisting of a BrewDog DogHouse Edinburgh Hotel, up to the value of £300.
The prize cannot be exchanged for any other payment or reward other than as set out in these Terms and cannot be assigned or transferred to anyone else once a winner has been selected.
Rooms must be booked in advance via email to the respective hotel location: Doghouseedinburgh@brewdog.com. The Gift Card will be redeemed on arrival at check-in.
Booking is not permitted during the months of August and December.

Promotion Period
The promotion will run for 6 days, from 10am on Tuesday 11 Aug 2026 until 10am on Monday 17 July 2026. Orders placed outside of this period will not be eligible.
Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over making a purchase via the BrewDog online store during the Promotion Period. Proof of age may be required on delivery.
The Offer
Customers can purchase the designated 12 x Punk IPA promotional pack at the advertised promotional price during the Promotion Period.
Qualifying Products
The promotion applies only to the specifically designated 12 x Punk IPA promotional packs. It excludes all other Punk IPA formats, multipacks, mixed cases and products. No substitutions or swaps are permitted.
Exclusions
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes, offers, vouchers, multi-buy deals or promotional discounts unless explicitly stated. How to Enter
Customers who purchase an eligible Punk IPA product from the BrewDog UK online store during the Promotion Period will automatically be entered into the prize draw. No separate entry code is required.
The Prize
There are two prizes available, each consisting of one Pinter machine and your first brew kit. Two winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. No cash or alternative prize is available.
Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random following the close of the promotion and contacted using the details associated with their qualifying order. Winners must respond within the timeframe stated in the notification (7 days). If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond, BrewDog reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Availability & Exclusions
The promotion applies to qualifying Punk IPA purchases only and cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed outside the Promotion Period. BrewDog reserves the right to reject entries where fraud, resale, misuse or ineligible purchases are suspected.
