Use of Gift Card

• BrewDog Digital Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") are redeemable exclusively on BrewDog’s UK website: brewdog.com/uk
• Gift Cards cannot be used in physical BrewDog bars, restaurants, or any other retail locations.

Purchase and Redemption

• Gift Cards are available for purchase in GBP only.
• The Gift Card balance can be used to purchase any products available on brewdog.com/uk (our UK site only), subject to product availability.
• Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.

Validity

• Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance will expire after this period.

Balance and Usage

• Gift Cards can be redeemed at checkout by entering the unique Gift Card code in the designated field.
• If a purchase exceeds the available balance on the Gift Card, the remaining amount must be paid using an alternative payment method.

Non-Refundable

• Lost or stolen digital Gift Cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

Promotions and Discounts

• Equity for Punks (EFP) shareholder discounts do not apply to the purchase of Gift Cards.

Equity for Punks (EFP) Discounts

• Equity for Punks (EFP) shareholder discounts can be applied to purchases made with a Gift Card, provided the shareholder is logged into their account.

Limitations

• Only one Gift Card can be used per transaction.
• Gift Cards cannot be used for subscription products or pre-orders unless specified.

Modification and Termination

• BrewDog reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• BrewDog reserves the right to terminate the Gift Card program at its discretion. In such cases, outstanding balances will be honoured within the validity period.

By purchasing or using a BrewDog Digital Gift Card, you agree to these terms and conditions.

• Your Personalised Can pack will arrive in discreet packaging.
• We aim to dispatch your order within 4-5 days.
• Customers can purchase one Personalised Can pack per order. It is not limited to 1 per customer, only 1 per transaction.
• Customers can contact our Customer Service Team HERE for orders of multiple packs.
• Refunds will only be issued under the conditions that the personalised item has arrived damaged/faulty, including smashed glass items or printing flaws not at the fault of the customer. Please check our Delivery & Returns page HERE for more info.
• Uploaded images will need to be 3mb or under. Larger file sizes will not be able to be uploaded.
• Character Limits - 11 character limit (including spaces) for the Name, and 20 character limit (including spaces) for the Personal Message. If you exceed this limit you will not be able to proceed.
• Photos will remain on file for 30 days from date of ordering before deletion.
• It is up to you to ensure the content you have contributed for inclusion in a Personalised Product is correct (for example the content is correctly spelt).
• Please double-check your order on the preview screen, by selecting the tick box you are acknowledging the approval of the design. You will not receive a proof by email or be able to revisit design.
• By uploading or including any content or material (including but not limited to photographs, graphics, text and other material) (Customer IP) in a Personalised Product, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable licence (including the right to grant sub-licences through multiple tiers) to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute and communicate to the public that content or material solely for the purpose of performing our obligations under these Terms and exercising any rights you may grant to us. Please note that we may modify content or material in order to conform it to BrewDog or the requirements of the product you have ordered (such as by cropping images).
• The rights and ownership to the Customer IP will remain yours, or the person who gave you permission to use the Customer IP.
• If you use third party copyright in any Personalised Product, it is your responsibility to ensure that you seek permission from the copyright owner. We will not accept any liability whatsoever if any Customer IP infringes on third party copyright. You will be held responsible for any fees and third party damages we may have to pay to a third party because of such infringement and you will be liable to reimburse these payments to us in full.
• We do not permit Personalised Products to include any content or material which:

(a) infringes anyone's IP (see below the definition in section ‎11). In particular, you must ensure that you either own the IP in the Customer IP that you wish to include in a Personalised Product or that you have permission from the IP owner to include that Customer IP in the Personalised Product;
(b) contravenes any applicable law (including, without limitation, any criminal law) or regulation;

(c) is false, inaccurate, misleading, offensive, abusive, threatening or defamatory, or that might cause needless annoyance, inconvenience or distress to any person;

(d) misrepresents identity or impersonates any person;

(e) includes personal data about another person, such as their address, phone number, or email address, except with the written approval of that person;

(f) is pornographic, obscene, indecent or offensive, has sexual connotations, which promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, or that may incite hatred or violence against any person or group;

(g) may harass, upset, embarrass or alarm any person;

(h) gives the impression that it originates from or has been approved by us, our partners and licensors, whether by reference to our/their name or otherwise;

(i) may violate the integrity and reputation of our name, and the names of our partners and licensors;

(j) advocates, promotes or assists any unlawful act;

(k) includes or makes reference to illegal drugs; or

(l) makes reference to politicians' names and/or political statements.

Claim Process:
All voucher claims must be made by 23:59 on 28th February 2026. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a voucher and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe that a claimant has breached these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements

Participants in this promotion agree that neither the Promoter nor any of the promotional parties will have liability for:
a. any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions;

c. any inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or email services;

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.

PROMOTIONAL PACKS SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To participate:

Purchase a promotional pack of BrewDog (see clause 2 below for promotional pack ranges) during the Promotion Period. All packs entitle 1 person to claim a meal and a pint for £10. To redeem the voucher, a promotional pack must be purchased, then scan the QR code on pack, enter details to join the BrewDog Treats loyalty programme, select pub group and download your BrewDog Treats digital wallet.

If you redeem at a BrewDog bar, you will need to download your digital wallet to a smartphone device. If you redeem at an alternative venue, you will receive a QR code via email. Both the digital wallet / QR code and the cut-out voucher from the pack need to be taken to either a BrewDog bar or an alternative bar group, this entitles the holder to a meal and a pint for the price of £10.

• Players can play alone or as a team of up to 6, but the prize will be sent to one persons’ email. The entrant who submits the email address is deemed the authorised team representative. BrewDog is not responsible for disputes regarding prize distribution within the team.
• The quiz will take place at multiple BrewDog bars on the same night, and individual/team will hold the highest quiz score across all participating bars will be deemed the overall winner.
• In the event of a tie, the winner will be selected using an automated randomiser.
