Yes. You can skip, reschedule or cancel at any time by logging into your account, going to "orders". From here you can skip, reschedule or cancel your order. Cancelling will stop future renewals. If an order has already been processed, you are not able to cancel or amend that order.

Yes. You can amend or change your subscription at any time by going to the orders section of your account. Here you can change products, adjust frequency, reschedule delivery, or cancel.

• By purchasing a subscription, you agree to our full Terms & Conditions and authorise us to take recurring payments for your selected subscription product. When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries of the selected products at the frequency chosen at checkout.
  
  
• Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically at the intervals specified when you placed your order. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us to take recurring payments using your provided payment details.
  
  
• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the next renewal date. Details of your billing frequency and renewal terms will be provided at checkout and in your order confirmation.
  
  
• You may cancel or amend your subscription at any time via your account or using the link in your order confirmation email. You have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase without giving any reason. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a refund of any payments made, subject to any goods already delivered. After the initial 14-day period, cancellations will take effect from the next billing cycle, provided you cancel before the relevant cut-off period of 14 days prior to the next scheduled dispatch or billing date. If you cancel after this point, the next order may still be processed and charged.

Cooling-Off Rights

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
• This right does not apply to goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
