ANNUAL GENERAL MAYHEM FAQS
Saturday 19th July 2025, from 12pm – 8pm.
The 2025 Annual General Mayhem will be held in the BrewDog HQ “Bone yard” – this can be found directly across from the BrewDog HQ office building. For your sat nav or taxi driver the address is Balmacassie Way, AB41 8BX. You can’t miss it! We will be offering a small number of Equity Punk buses from Castlegate to Ellon and back again. Tickets for these will be released at a later date. It is also possible to get the bus from Union Square and Union Street in Aberdeen city centre. We will also be having tours and tastings across the campus as well as some awesome beers and activations in DogTap. More info to be released in the future.
Tickets are available to Equity Punks, but limited, you can grab tickets for you three pals today via the button at the top of the page. Please ensure you purchase four tickets – one for you and one for each of your guests.
For any ticket purchaser who buys tickets for them and pals between launch day (31st Jan) and 12pm on February 28th, they will receive a £10 Gift Up voucher to be used in bars. Bar vouchers will be sent by BrewDog after the early bird deadline (February 28th) and before the AGM date. The voucher is for ticket purchasers only and cannot be shared with or claimed by your +3 guests. Vouchers are valid for use at UK BrewDog bars only and cannot be used at the AGM event itself. Vouchers will come with 30 days’ validity from the date they’re sent and cannot be extended, so don’t wait too long to use them! All vouchers are subject to T&Cs.
Upon arrival at the AGM, you will be handed a wristband to wear for the event, a hard plastic cup for you to use for your drinks all day and 4 beer tokens to be used for assigned BrewDog beers at the event. These cannot be used for guest beers or cocktails... Sorry! These items are available to all ticket holders – Early bird and standard ticket holders.
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No. We understand that your +3 plans may change or you’re still making the choice on which pals to bring. Equity Punks can add their name to both tickets and take who they wish on the day. Please ensure your guests enter the event with you as we need the Equity Punk present with their pals.
To ensure that we have Equity Punks in attendance, we do random spot checks at the door to ensure guests are shareholders. Please ensure you’re ready to show off your Equity Punk ID card, phone wallet or Brewdog.com profile if asked.
No problem… If you cannot locate your card down the back of the sofa or have just simply lost your card, please have your Brewdog.com profile or phone Wallet ID card ready on your phone to show our awesome door team!

The AGM will be loaded with BrewDog beers, guest beers, tastings, tours, food and live music! We’ll be posting more information on the running order of the day closer to the event on the shareholder Forum and the AGM landing page. Note, the AGM is a can bar event and no draft, bottles or glasses to be used except your hard plastic one you get on arrival.
You need three things to get into the AGM. Make a note of these and please remember them, check your pockets - Don’t leave them at home, in the taxi or the AGM bus. To get into the AGM you’ll need your ticket (printed out, or on your phone via the ticket app). You’ll be emailed this by Universe as soon as you purchase your tickets. You’ll need your Equity Punk card or shareholder number. And you’ll need some form of ID as the event operates Challenge 25. If you’re bringing your pals along too, please ensure they have proof of age with them also. The event will be a cashless one, please do bring your bank card or mobile device for contactless payment. As this is a cashless event, there are no ATMs on our bar sites.
We have a lineup of some incredible street food trucks coming along, these are a mix of burgers, pizzas and all sorts. And because the weather will be glorious (we hope), we’ve even invited along the ice cream van! Food trucks will accept a mix of card or cash. Almost all our food vendors will be providing some veggie or vegan options too.
Of course! We’ll have a few stamping locations across the site and stamps behind the bars. Just ask a member of the crew to stamp your book for you. The AGM is the only place you will get this Visa stamp. Once the event ends, these stamps will be locked away!
You CAN’T bring illegal substances, weapons, food and drink, backpacks (any bag larger than A3 sheet of paper will not be admitted), holdall or suitcases. We won’t have any storage or locker facilities for any larger bags or items.
Very sorry, but due to our licence, we cannot allow children at the 2025 event The AGM operates a Challenge 25 policy. Sorry!
YES. We love dogs and love to see them at our events. Please note there will be live music and loud crowds, please only take your four-legged friend if you are certain they will be happy at our event.
YES – We will have a very limited and exclusive AGM branded pin badges and Tees. There will also be a selection of other BrewDog merch items to get your hands on.
Very sorry, but any tokens from previous events are not valid at the 2025 AGM. Our team will know to only accept 2025 beer tokens in exchange for assigned BrewDog beers.
Very sorry but it isn’t possible to park up at the brewery with motorhomes and sleep over. There are local camp sites that can be found with a wee search and only 10 minutes way by taxi.
Sorry, although we love how beer geeky our Equity Punks can be, we cannot allow for any beers to be taken into the AGM space from outside.
Yes – Our event space is only licenced for the Boneyard area of the BrewDog HQ campus. The road between AGM and DogTap is not licenced, please ensure you have finished all beers before leaving the AGM space or DogTap. Any drinks in that space will have to be poured out by our security team.
Yes! We get you may want to pop over to DogTap or even home for a wee chill out time. Hold on to your ticket and wristband! Last admittance is at 0700pm, last orders 0730pm. The event ends at 0800pm.
YES – There will be water stations across the site where you’ll be able to clean out your cup.
YES – We’re inviting a coffee wagon to the AGM this year, they’ll be able to provide teas, coffees and soft drink. You’ll also be able to find soft drinks with our food vendors and in DogTap just across the road. We’ll have water tanks on site on the day for you to fill up your water bottle or cup too.
Yes – let us know in advance if you have any questions and we can confirm all. There will be accessible toilets and the event space is outdoors in our cemented truck yard. The tours will unfortunately not be accessible.
Very sorry, but there won’t be any phone charging facilities in the AGM 2025 event space. However, Dogtap will have the usual outlets at their tables if you need to plug in.
