Bonus Scheme
Work hard and get paid for it. Earn a sweet bonus (a chunk of your annual salary), if we hit our targets for the year. This is available for everyone except our GMs and bar crew, who have their own bar specific bonus schemes.

4-Week Paid Sabbatical
Sometimes the best way to come back stronger is to step away. Every five years with BrewDog, our crew get a 4-week paid sabbatical to do whatever they want. Travel the world, start a project, climb a mountain, or just binge every show on your list. It’s your time. We believe a proper break keeps the fire burning, so when you return, you’re ready to smash it all over again.
CICERONE BEER TRAINING
We take beer seriously here (it’s kind of our whole business model) and we want our people to take it seriously too. We encourage all our crew to take the Cicerone Certified Beer Server Level 1 exam, and we’ll support you through further levels if you’re up for a bigger challenge.

Everyone loves a little treat now and then, so we offer deals at hundreds of high street brands as well as discounts in our bars and online shops. All crew get 25% off in our bars, 30% off our online shop and 50% off merch (bought in bars only).
PUNK TO PUNK
A good colleague is worth their weight in gold (or £100, at the very least). Each crew member gets 3 nominations a month to shout out people who’ve gone the extra mile, and they’ll be put in a prize draw to win an extra £100 the following month.
