LoneWolf Gin: Chocolate Orange Negroni

A festive twist on the Negroni, infused with cacao nibs and orange zest, finished with a touch of dark chocolate and a Terry’s Chocolate Orange garnish.

Ingredients:

  • 150ml LoneWolf Original Gin
  • 150ml Campari
  • 150ml sweet vermouth
  • Cacao nibs
  • Orange zest
  • 10ml Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur

Method: 

  • Combine the LoneWolf Original Gin,
    Campari, and sweet vermouth in a sealed jar with a handful of cacao
    nibs and strips of orange zest.
  • Infuse overnight, then fine strain.
  • To serve, pour 60ml of the infused mix into a stirring glass with 10ml of
    Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur and ice.
  • Stir until chilled and diluted.
  • Strain into a rocks glass over block ice.
  • Garnish with a segment of Terry’s Chocolate Orange.
