WHO IS LAGOMCHEF

Martyn Odell, better known as Lagom Chef, is on a mission to make cooking fun, approachable, and seriously transformative. Based in London, he’s been part of the food world since the age of 15, gaining experience everywhere from restaurants and street food stalls to cookery schools and recipe development.

In 2019, he founded Lagom Chef to show that reducing food waste, saving money, and eating well can be simple, affordable, and packed with flavour. Inspired by the Swedish philosophy of ‘lagom’ – meaning balance and moderation – Martyn channels this into a creative, no-fuss style of cooking that’s all about making food work smarter for you.
