Duo Rum: Gingerbread Sunset

A warm and cosy blend of spiced rum, gingerbread syrup, and citrus, finished with a festive cinnamon stick and a crushed cookie rim.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Duo Spiced 
  • 15ml gingerbread syrup 
  • 1 dash of ground allspice 
  • Fresh orange juice (or clementine juice) 
  • Ice 

Method: 

  • Crush a gingerbread cookie into fine crumbs.
  • Wet the rim of your glass with
    orange juice and dip into the crumbs to coat evenly.
  • Fill the glass with ice.
  • Add Duo Spiced, gingerbread syrup, and a dash of ground allspice
    directly to the glass.
  • Top with fresh orange juice and stir gently to combine. Garnish with a cinnamon stick for a festive flourish.
