Duo Rum: Golden Eggnog
A creamy Christmas escape with caramelised pineapple, lime, and coconut, finished with nutmeg and a juicy pineapple garnish.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Duo Caramelised Pineapple
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- 20ml coconut cream
- 100ml single cream
- Nutmeg
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well until chilled and frothy.
- Fine strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
- Dust the top with nutmeg, then garnish with a fresh pineapple chunk for a tropical touch of Christmas.
