Duo Rum: Golden Eggnog

A creamy Christmas escape with caramelised pineapple, lime, and coconut, finished with nutmeg and a juicy pineapple garnish. 

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Duo Caramelised Pineapple
  • 15ml fresh lime juice
  • 20ml coconut cream
  • 100ml single cream
  • Nutmeg

Method: 

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well until chilled and frothy.
  • Fine strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
  • Dust the top with nutmeg, then garnish with a fresh pineapple chunk for a tropical touch of Christmas.
