GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1 - General Overview

Promoter - TILRAY BRANDS UK LTD, (incorporated in England under Company Number 13578781) having its registered office at First Floor, Centurion House, 37 Jewry Street, London, England, EC3N 2ER.

BrewDog Treats is a rewards programme operated by TILRAY BRANDS UK LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By signing up, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Membership is free and open to individuals aged 18 or over.

2 - Eligibility & Membership

Membership is personal and cannot be transferred, sold, or shared.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any account suspected of misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these terms.

BrewDog Treats rewards may be available only in select locations and are subject to availability.

3 - Rewards & Redemption

Rewards, including any sign-up gifts or future promotions, are issued at our discretion and may have an expiry date.

Rewards are redeemable only in participating UK BrewDog Bars and are not valid in:
Hull, Upminster, Edinburgh Waverley, Edinburgh Airport, Gatwick Airport, Belfast Grand Central, Waterloo Arms.

Rewards are not exchangeable for cash, transferable, or replaceable if lost or stolen.

Members must present their unique QR code to claim a reward.

Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts, or promotions (e.g. £1 Burger deal, Wings Wednesday).

4 - Expiry & Changes to the Programme

We reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or replace rewards at any time without notice.

Any unredeemed rewards may expire as per the terms communicated at the time of issue.

We may modify or terminate the BrewDog Treats programme at any time.

5 - Data Protection

By signing up, you agree that we may collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy: https://brewdog.com/pages/cookie-and-privacy-policy

Your information will only be used for administering BrewDog Treats and sending updates or promotions if you have opted in.

REWARD - FIRST BEER ON US:

  • Sign up to BrewDog Treats from the 1st June 2026 for a BrewDog beer on us.
  • One beer only.
  • Beer on us is only issued upon presentation of a valid BrewDog Treats wallet voucher / QR code.
  • Available on any draught BrewDog beer.
  • Applies to any standard beer's measure, or smaller (Eg - 1/3, 1/2, 2/3, or full pint where applicable)
  • Must show and scan your BrewDog Treats wallet to claim the offer. 
  • Not stackable with any other offer or discount. 
  • Not available on takeaway beers. 
  • Not available at BrewDog Edinburgh Airport, BrewDog Gatwick Airport, BrewDog  Belfast, BrewDog Upminster, BrewDog Hull, BrewDog Waterloo Arms and BrewDog Edinburgh Waverley Station. 
  • Offer expires 30 days from issue

Reward - AF Pints Discount

  • 50% Off Draft Pints of BrewDog AF beers.
  • In-bar price only, cannot be used on delivery or takeaway .
  • Issued upon presentation of a valid BrewDog Treats wallet voucher / QR code.
  • Only draught beer is available.
  • Cannot be swapped or used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Can be used throughout the month and unlimited times.
  • Offer non-refundable.

Reward - Monthly Beer on us

  • Monthly pint for BrewDog Treats members
  • Pints will be issued to member wallets on the 1st of every month from June 1st 2026 and can be redeemed in the month of issue only.
  • One beer per month only.
  • Available on any draught BrewDog beer.
  • Applies to any standard beer's measure, or smaller (Eg - 1/3, 1/2, 2/3, or full pint where applicable)
  • Issued upon presentation of a valid BrewDog Treats wallet voucher / QR code.
  • Not stackable with any other offer or discount. 
  • Not available on takeaway beers. 
  • Not available at BrewDog Edinburgh Airport, BrewDog Gatwick Airport, BrewDog  Belfast, BrewDog Upminster, BrewDog Hull, BrewDog Waterloo Arms and BrewDog Edinburgh Waverley Station.

Reward - Scan to Win

  • Scan your wallet every month to be in with the chance of winning a £250 bar tab.
  • One entry per customer per month. Multiple scans do not equate multiple entries.
  • Winning Treats members will be selected at random and will be contacted via email within 10 working days of month end.
  • If winning customer does not respond to the email within 5 working days, BrewDog reserves the right to select another winner.
  • Voucher not stackable with any other offer or discount. 
  • Not available on takeaway beers. 
  • Not available at BrewDog Edinburgh Airport, BrewDog Gatwick Airport, BrewDog  Belfast, BrewDog Upminster, BrewDog Hull, BrewDog Waterloo Arms and BrewDog Edinburgh Waverley Station.
