Tickets

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable (unless the event is cancelled by BrewDog).
• Each ticket grants entry for one guest to the New Year’s Eve 2025 event at BrewDog Waterloo on Wednesday 31st December 2025, from 7PM until late.
• Please bring valid photo ID along with your ticket - we operate a strict 18+ policy for this event.

Event Info

• Doors open at 7PM. Last entry is 10PM (don’t rock up late and miss the fireworks).
• DJ set from Chris Stark and live entertainment will run throughout the evening.
• Your ticket includes access to the main event space and prime viewing of the London fireworks (subject to availability and weather).

Food & Drink

• Food and drinks are not included in the ticket price (unless specified otherwise in your package).

Fireworks Viewing

• We’ve got one of the best indoor views of the London fireworks, but it’s first come, first served for the best spots.
• Please be mindful of other guests when watching the display.

Safety & Conduct

• BrewDog operates a zero-tolerance policy on abusive or antisocial behaviour.
• Our security and management team reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guests for safety or wellbeing reasons.
• Bags may be checked upon entry. Please avoid bringing large bags or outside food/drinks.
  

Photography & Filming

• There will be photography and filming throughout the event - by attending, you consent to potentially featuring in our post-event content.
  

Cancellations & Refunds

• In the unlikely event the show can’t go ahead (e.g., due to force majeure, government restrictions, or alien invasion), you’ll be offered a full refund or alternative date.
